Halloumi served with fresh fruit

Ingredients:

  • Halloumi cheese
  • Sliced Watermelon
  • Grapes
  • Fresh Figs
  • Sliced Melon

Preparation:

Slice and arrange assortment of fruit on a decorative platter. Thinly slice Halloumi cheese as an addition to the fruit platter. Serve cold as a refreshing dessert or as a healthy, light  and nutritious summer’s meal.
