Halloumi Sandwiches

Halloumi Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • Sliced bread/Pita bread/Crusty bread roll
  • Butter
  • Sliced Halloumi Cheese
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mayonnaise (if required)


Preparation:

Select bread slices or bread roll as required, butter lightly with butter or other condiment of choice. Add Halloumi cheese sliced to prefered thickness required. Add tomato, cucumber and lettuce. Serve cold.

Note: For toasted sandwich variety, toast bread and Halloumi cheese and then add cold salad items to sandwich.
