Ingredients:
- 2 fresh eggs
- 2-3 slices of halloumi cheese
- 4-5 tablespoons of Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Place olive oil in frying pan and heat slightly. Add eggs one at a time and fry until set, remove on to the plate. Add Halloumi cheese to pan and fry until golden brown on each side, add to plate with eggs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy the most nutritious and healthy breakfast.
