Ingredients:
- 4 slices of halloumi cut into 2 cm sticks
- Flour
- Milk
- Egg
- Aromatic spices or herbs
- Oil for frying
- Sesame seeds
Preparation:
Coat the halloumi slices with flour and then add in the mixture of egg, milk and paprika or mint or cinnamon.
Then coat in the sesame seeds. Press them to coat well. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then deep fry.
Serve with honey or syrup from spoon sweets.
