• 500g Black Lentils (Beluga)
• One halloumi (about 300g)
• Cherry tomatoes (500g)
• Fresh Basil - 20 small leaves
• Olive oil 30ml
• Lemon 30ml
1. Boil the lentils in salted water for 25 minutes and then drain them well.
2. Cut the halloumi into cubes and fry it until it turns golden brown.
3. Cut the fresh cherry tomatoes.
4. Combine all the ingredients together.
5. Add salt, pepper, oil, lemon.
Optional: fried mushrooms, boiled spinach.
